An international leader in load testing solutions with a global network of sales and rental offices, Crestchic is attending the POWER-GEN Europe conference and exhibition at the Messe Wien Exhibition and Conference Centre, Vienna, from 4-6 June 2013.

POWER-GEN Europe, now a well-established event in the European and international power diary, makes its debut in Vienna, Austria in 2013. Taking ‘Keeping Europe’s Power Flowing’ as its the theme across POWER-GEN Europe and its co-located event Renewable Energy World Europe, the insightful and thought-provoking multiple-track conference sessions will cover strategic and technical topics chosen and presented by leading practitioners from the power industry itself.

With its biggest tradeshow floor yet, the combined events will feature top international power industry companies from across the conventional and renewable sectors, demonstrating state of the art services and technologies covering every aspect of electrical power generation.

Paul Brickman of Crestchic explains: “Crestchic has been exhibiting at POWER-GEN Europe for 15 years and we are excited to be part of this prestigious event’s debut in Vienna. Vienna represents a crucial conduit between Eastern and Western Europe and will enable electric power industry professionals throughout the region to put forward their vision of how they will be maintaining Europe’s power supplies. This presents Crestchic with a plethora of opportunities to grow its loadbanks’ business in this important part of the world. By attending this major exhibition, which experiences the cream of the power industry in one central location, we will be able to showcase our latest power generation solutions to operators in the extensive European oil and gas, marine, data centre and power generation sectors.”

Crestchic loadbanks are primarily sold and rented to customers operating in the oil and gas, marine, data centre and power generation sectors. Principally, they are used for testing electrical power output on diesel generators, gas turbines and UPS systems, whilst commissioning and maintenance work is carried out. Available for sale or purchase in AC and DC versions for resistive and reactive applications, the loadbanks simulate real electrical loads enabling essential set up and commissioning which ensures that all electrical and control parameters are met, prior to power generation/back up equipment being energised on line.

Crestchic has a full diary this year regarding attending major power exhibitions. The company has already successfully showcased its loadbank offering in April at POWER-GEN India & Asia 2013 and Power China 2013, and at the Russia Power conference and exhibition in March.
