Load Bank Solutions
AC and DC Load Banks
Crestchic designs, manufactures and delivers load bank packages to industry professionals around the globe.
Delivering tailored solutions ranging from a small 20kW unit on a supply-only short term rental, to large multi-megawatt high voltage projects managed by our own experienced team of engineers.
As the preferred choice for many large power generation clients, our load banks have been successfully utilised across a vast number of industry sectors since 1983.
Step Up/Step Down Transformers
Crestchic provides step up/step down transformers as part of its load testing solution.
Our multi-tap transformers range from 2000kVA to 8000kVA, with voltage up from 600v to 34.6kV.
Load Bank Control Systems
Our load banks are supported with state of the art control systems.
Microprocessor controlled functions allow the accurate reporting of load test conditions. Load can be applied through the controls in gradual 1kW/1kVA steps for precise testing.
Whether you need just a basic manual control or a ruggedized mobile tablet running leading edge load bank software, we’ve got you covered.

Crestchic’s load banks operate in a variety of extreme atmospheric conditions.
From the humid jungles to the frozen Antarctic; sun, rain, wind and snow do not affect the performance of our load banks, thanks to their inherent unique design principles.
The ISO containers are Lloyd Register approved for heavy use in all environmental conditions.
The solid construction means that our load banks can be moved repeatedly across harsh terrain and waters, but remain in a fully functional condition.
